AetherHarvest is a sustainable engineering initiative designed to address water scarcity in arid climates. The project focuses on the development of a "passive harvester"—a device that requires zero electricity. Using Metal-Organic Frameworks (MOFs), the unit captures humidity from the air at night and utilizes solar thermal energy during the day to release and condense that moisture into drinkable water.
